Culinary and Scenic Tour of Southeastern Yunnan: Kunming, Dongchuan, Luoping, Mile, Mengzi, Yuanyang, Jianshui (10 Days 9 Nights)

Day 1：Kul / Singapore ✈ Kunming（D）

Depart from Kul/Singapore on a flight to Kunming. Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome dinner before transferring to the hotel for check-in.

Day 2：Kunming - Dongchuan（3h）- Yiliang（2h）（B,L,D）

After breakfast, travel to the Dongchuan Red Land Scenic Area, often referred to as "God's overturned palette." Renowned as one of China's most breathtaking red earth landscapes, its striking hues result from iron-rich soil that has oxidized over time. Combined with the seasonal changes of local crops, the terrain unfolds like a vivid oil painting. After the visit, continue to Yiliang. Enjoy dinner upon arrival and checking in at the hotel.

Day 3：Yiliang - Luoping（2h）（B,L,D）

Luoping's canola fields are among the most renowned in China and form the country's largest rapeseed production base. Every March, over 300,000 acres of blooming canola flowers blanket the region in gold, creating one of the largest natural flower gardens in the world. Visit Luoping's renowned rapeseed flower fields, including the famous Jinji Peak fields (with electric shuttle or sightseeing train) and the scenic Luosi Fields. After lunch, continue to the Jiulong Waterfalls, among "China's Six Most Beautiful Waterfalls" by Chinese National Geography (includes magic carpet ride).

Day 4：Luoping - Mile (2h)（B,L,D）

After breakfast, travel to Mile and visit the Focheng Shangdu Farmers' Market, a great place to experience local culture and shop for fresh regional fruits and specialties. After lunch, head to the Dongfengyun Scenic Area (including electric shuttle), where art and nature blend in a romantic harmony. Explore highlights such as the Kaleidoscope Art Museum, founded by renowned sculptor Luo Xu. Surrounded by lush greenery, blooming flowers, tranquil lakes, and rolling hills, the area offers a picturesque and immersive experience. In the evening, check in at a hot spring hotel for a relaxing stay.

Stay: Mile

Day 5 : Mile - Mengzi (2h)（B,L）

After breakfast, proceed to Mile Jinping Mountain, a renowned scenic area that blends Buddhist culture with natural beauty. Famous for its giant Mile Buddha statue (including electric shuttle). Drive to Mengzi to visit Bisezhai, a historic station on the Yunnan–Vietnam Railway built during the French colonial period. As the core hub of Yunnan's first international railway, linking Kunming with Haiphong, it once served as a key gateway to overseas trade. The site also gained popularity as a filming location for the movie Fanghua (includes a special vintage costume experience, not inclusive of makeup.). Set against blue skies, the yellow French-style station, old trains, and retro signage create a perfect setting for photos. In the evening, visit Dashuzhai Night Market in Mengzi, where you can explore and sample a variety of local street food.

Day 6: Mengzi - Yuanyang (3h) (B,L,D)

Early in the morning, visit the Haibianzhai Market (Sunday only), the largest rural market in southeastern Yunnan. Locals from the Hani and Yi ethnic groups, dressed in traditional attire, gather here with fresh produce and mountain goods, creating a vibrant and authentic atmosphere. The market also offers a fascinating variety of wild fruits, herbs, and local specialties. After lunch, continue to Yuanyang and visit the Laohuzui Rice Terraces Viewpoint, the best spot to enjoy the sunset (subject to weather conditions).

Day 7 : Yuanyang (B,L,D)

Depart early for Duoyishu Viewpoint to admire the Yuanyang Rice Terraces at sunrise (subject to weather conditions). Return to the hotel for breakfast and rest. In the afternoon, visit Azheke, a traditional Hani village built along the mountainside, known for its distinctive "mushroom houses." These earthen structures, with rounded roofs, are designed for insulation and moisture control. The village, together with its surrounding forests, terraces, and water systems, reflects the Hani people's sustainable way of life. Continue to Hadanpu Rice Terraces, where layered fields stretch from the foothills to the mountaintop, forming a vast and beautifully contoured landscape.

Day 8 : Yuanyang - Jianshui (2.5h) (B,L,D)

After breakfast, travel to Jianshui. Visit the "Daban Well," known as the "First Well of Southern Yunnan" and featured in A Bite of China, along with a century-old tofu workshop to observe traditional tofu-making and enjoy freshly prepared tofu pudding and soy milk. After lunch, explore Beishan Taozhuang, famous for its "ceramic castle" built from discarded purple pottery jars and stones. In the afternoon, head to Guqiushan for a relaxing tea break. Continue to Ant Workshop, known for its striking red-brick, geometric architecture and maze-like spaces, ideal for photography. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely stroll through Jianshui Lin'an Ancient Town and soak in the laid-back charm of southern Yunnan.

Day 9 : Jianshui - Kunming (3h) (B,L)

After breakfast, travel to Fuxian Lake for a visit. Upon arrival in Kunming, followed by free time to explore and shop at Jinma Biji Archway, Nanping Pedestrian Street, and Kunming Old Street. Dinner at your own expense.

Stay: Kunming.

Day 10 : Kunming ✈ Kul/Singapore (B)

After breakfast, visit Dounan Flower Market, one of Asia's largest fresh flower markets and a major wholesale hub, offering an impressive variety of blooms such as roses, lilies, and sunflowers. Afterward, transfer to the airport for your flight back to Kuala Lumpur or Singapore, end of the tour.

第一天：吉隆坡/新加坡 ✈ 昆明（晚）

从吉隆坡/新加坡出发，乘搭航空飞往昆明，抵达后接机前往晚餐，然后入住酒店。

住：昆明

第二天：昆明 - 东川（车程：3小时）- 宜良（车程：2小时）（早午晚）

早餐后，乘车前往东川红土地自然风景区，被誉为"上帝打翻的调色盘"，是中国最为壮美的红土地景观之一。由于土壤中富含铁质并长期氧化，形成了浓烈而独特的红色，配合四季农作物的色彩变化，呈现出如油画般绚烂的自然画卷。行程结束后乘车前往宜良，入住酒店及晚餐。

住：宜良

第三天：宜良 - 罗平（车程：2小时）（早午晚）

罗平的油菜花田是全中国最有名的油菜籽生产基地。阳春三月，三十万亩油菜花把罗平的山川大地装点得一片金黄，形成了世界上最大的花园。游览罗平油菜花景区最出名的金鸡岭油菜花田（含电瓶车或观光小火车）和螺丝田油菜花。午餐后，游览被《中国国家地理》"选美中国"活动评选为"中国最美的六大瀑布"-罗平九龙瀑布 (含飞毯)。

住：罗平

第四天：罗平 - 弥勒 (车程：2小时)（早午晚）

早餐后，乘车前往弥勒，参观佛城商都农贸市场，在这里可以买到新鲜的本地水果和土特产，是感受当地风土人情的好去处。午餐后，乘车前往游览东风韵景区（含电瓶车），邂逅一场艺术与自然的浪漫。游览著名雕塑家罗旭创建的"万花筒艺术馆"，配上景区的绿树、花草、湖泊，山峦，构成了一幅美丽的画卷。晚上入住温泉酒店。

住：弥勒

第五天 : 弥勒 - 蒙自 (车程：2小时)（早午）

早餐后前往弥勒锦屏山，是一处非常有名的佛教文化与自然景观结合的景区，整体气势宏大，也以巨型弥勒佛像而闻名（含电瓶车）。过后驱车前往蒙自，游览碧色寨。碧色寨是法国殖民时期修建的滇越铁路的核心站点。这条铁路是云南第一条国际铁路，连接中国昆明与越南海防，曾是西南地区通往海外的重要通道。碧色寨也是著名电影《芳华》取景地（特别赠送特色怀旧换装体验，不包含化妆）蓝天白云下的黄色法式火车站，老式火车，复古站牌等场景拍照极具氛围感。徬晚前往蒙自大树寨夜市，自由品尝当地各种小吃美食。

住：蒙自

第六天: 蒙自 - 元阳 (车程：3小时) (早午晚)

一早我们去海边寨市场赶集（周日限定），这里是滇东南规模最大的乡村集市。身着传统服饰的哈尼族、彝族老乡们便背着山货汇聚于此，街头巷尾满是鲜活的生活气息。集市上还能见到许多叫不出名字的野果、草药和山货，新奇又有趣。午餐后前往元阳，参观日落最佳观景台老虎嘴梯田观景台，观看日落美景（具体观赏效果依照当地气候条件为准）。

住：元阳

第七天 : 元阳 (早午晚)

清晨出发前往元阳梯田多依树观景台，远观多依树梯田及日出（具体观赏效果依照当地气候条件为准）。返回酒店早餐和休息。下午参观阿者科传统哈尼族村寨，这个村寨依山而建，保留了典型的哈尼族"蘑菇房"建筑风格，房屋多为土木结构、屋顶呈半圆形，具有良好的防潮和保温功能。村落与周围的森林、梯田、水源共同构成完整的生态系统，体现了哈尼族人与自然长期共处的智慧。过后参观哈单普梯田，这里依山势层层开垦，梯田从山脚延伸到山顶，规模宏大，线条优美。

住：元阳

第八天 : 元阳 - 建水 (车程：2小时半) (早午晚)

早餐后，乘车前往建水。参观【CCTV舌尖上的中国拍摄地】"滇南第一井"-大板井、百年豆腐坊，参观建水手工豆腐制作，品尝现点豆花及豆浆。享用午餐后参观贝山陶庄，它以废弃紫陶罐和石块堆砌成"陶罐城堡"式建筑群而闻名。下午前往故秋山享用下午茶。然后参观蚁工坊，它以独特的红砖和几何造型建筑闻名，很多空间像迷宫一样，视觉冲击强，很适合拍照。徬晚可自由漫步建水临安古城，感受滇南时光的悠闲韵味。

住：建水

第九天: 建水 -- 昆明 (车程：3小时) (早午)

早餐后，乘车前往游览抚仙湖。抵达昆明后，下午游览金马碧鸡坊，南屏步行街，昆明老街，自由活动购物，晚餐自理。

住：昆明

第十天 : 昆明 ✈ 吉隆坡/新加坡 (早)

早餐后，前往参观斗南花市，它是亚洲超大的鲜花市场，也是鲜花批发集散地，每天都有海量玫瑰、百合、向日葵等，种类非常丰富。过后送往机场，搭乘班机返回吉隆坡/新加坡，行程结束。
